Something not working, or a question about your account? Email support@heavenecohub.com. A person reads it. Please tell us the email address on your Heaven account and, if it is about the app, which device you are using.

Energy and $HEAVEN

$HEAVEN is what you hold. Energy is what work costs — when a Heaven app does something for you, it reports what it cost and that charge appears in your account with a receipt. The two are not the same thing and the app never treats them as interchangeable.

If a charge looks wrong, send us the date and roughly what you were doing. Every charge is itemised in Account → Activity, and each one names the app that made it.

I cannot sign in

• Use Forgotten your password? on the sign-in screen. The reset link goes to the address on the account.
• If you have just confirmed your email and the app still says you have not, open your account again — the app re-checks with the server when you return to it.
• Still stuck? Email us from the address on the account if you can.

Heaven Wallet will not link

A pairing is good for five minutes. Tap to link, approve it in Heaven Wallet, then come back to Heaven Eco Hub — the wallet does not return you automatically. If the five minutes ran out, simply start again. If Heaven Wallet is not installed, the link opens its App Store page and nothing is started until you come back.

Closing your account

In the app: Account → Settings → Close my account. It cannot be undone, and the same email address cannot be used to open a new account afterwards. Two things to do first, because we cannot do them for you: any $HEAVEN balance is lost on closure, and a monthly package paid through PayPal must be cancelled in PayPal or it will keep charging you. You can also ask us to close it for you — see our privacy policy.

• Your balance and receipts — Account tab.
• Which apps have access— Account → Connected apps. You can revoke any of them there.
• The life journeys — the Journeys tab, which works without an account.
