Delete your Heaven account
This page is for Heaven Eco Hub, the website and the Heaven Eco Hub mobile app, built by Bodhisla LTD, Saint George's, Grenada. It explains how to delete your Heaven account, what that deletes, and what we keep and for how long.
Two things to do first
- Your balance is lost. Any balance on your account, whether you paid for it in $HEAVEN or through PayPal, is lost when the account closes, and there is no withdrawal. $HEAVEN in your own Heaven Wallet is not touched: we never hold your wallet keys.
- Cancel any PayPal monthly package in PayPal. Deleting your Heaven account does not cancel it, and it will keep charging you until you cancel it in your PayPal account.
Three ways to delete it
In the app. Sign in, then open Account → Settings → Close my account and confirm. It cannot be undone.
On the website. Sign in to your account, then open Account → Security → Delete account and confirm. You do not need the app installed to do this.
By email. If you would rather we did it, or you can no longer sign in, email support@heavenecohub.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", from the address on your account if you can. We may ask you to confirm it is you, so nobody else can delete your account. We confirm we have your request within 5 business days and finish within 30 days.
What is deleted
- your account record: your profile, your energy balance and your energy ledger, and any energy held for work in progress
- your journey and your Life Journey roadmap: the goal you chose, anything you wrote about it, and the steps you ticked
- Luna's personal greeting: its text and its audio
- the record of which of Luna's welcome emails you have had, and of your low-energy notices
- every email addressed to you that is still waiting to be sent, and our copies of the ones already sent
- your sign-in, so your email and password stop working
What is kept, and for how long
- Server logs: up to 90 days, for security and diagnosis, then deleted.
- A closed-account marker and the welcome gift fingerprint: kept, holding your account ID and a one-way hash of your email address, never the address itself, so the closed account cannot be reopened and the welcome gift is not given twice.
- Payment records: our records of payments made through PayPal or Heaven Wallet and of charges connected apps made to your energy, which name your account ID and the amounts, because money that has moved must stay accountable. PayPal also keeps its own records.
- Support emails: for as long as needed to answer you, and up to 3 years after that.
- Website analytics: kept by Google Analytics for 14 months, then deleted by Google.
- Anything on the BNB Smart Chain: public and permanent; nobody can delete it.
You can open a new Heaven account with the same email address later if you wish. It will not receive the welcome gift again.
What is on your phone
Your reflections, daily check-ins, keepsakes, reminders and sound settings in the app were never sent to us, so there is nothing of them for us to delete. They stay on your phone until you delete the app.
