$HEAVEN Token Explained: The USDT Reserve, the Buyback, and What Is Not Promised

Most cryptocurrency tokens are backed by nothing but belief. Their value derives entirely from speculation — when sentiment shifts, so does the price, often with nothing structural to halt the fall.

The $HEAVEN token was designed around a different question: not how do we maximise price, but what can we honestly tell the people who hold it?Heaven's answer is two stated policies, a reserve and a buyback, described below in plain words, including what they do not promise.

The USDT Reserve: What Heaven's Policy Says

Heaven's stated policy is to hold USDT in reserve for the $HEAVEN in circulation, at a ratio of 1 USDT per token. The intention is that the token rests on something more than sentiment.

It is a policy, not a guarantee. A reserve can only cover what it actually holds, and Heaven has not yet published a reserve address on this site that you can check for yourself. Until it does, treat the reserve as a stated intention, and read Terms §3 before you buy.

The 30% Buyback: Tied to What the Products Earn

Heaven's stated policy is to put 30% of each month's product revenue toward buying $HEAVEN back. The intention is that the buyback grows with the things people actually pay for, such as the energy that runs the Heaven tools, rather than with the minting of new tokens.

How much that is depends on how much the products earn, which varies from month to month and can be small. It is not a payment to holders, and nothing on this page is a promise that the price of $HEAVEN will rise.

$HEAVEN is meant to be used, not speculated on. Its everyday use is paying for the Heaven tools:
